Do I have to install anything on my server?
Absolutely not! There is nothing to install as NodeAlerts monitors your servers from the outside in which mimics what your customers would see. That way you get a clear representation of how your server is performing for your visitors and outside of your internal network.
Can NodeAlerts be used on my internal network?
Our primary goal for NodeAlerts it to monitor internet resources like servers, web pages, services, etc. Unless your device is open to the Internet NodeAlerts would not be able to monitor it.
Can I set up Status Pages for my clients?
Yes, in fact this is a great idea if you run a business or web design company. You can add NodeAlerts Status Pages as an extra into your sales packages and generate status pages for your clients. It will add value as well as develop trust with your clients.
Do I have to agree to long term contract?
No way! All services are paid on a Monthly basis. You may have the option to pay yearly if you choose (depending on plan) which will result in a discounted rate. Otherwise, all plans are on a monthly basis and you can cancel easily at any time!
